Update time~! Woo!
Added 2024-09-26 07:07:21 +0000 UTCHow are things going with you? I'm doing wonderful!
I gotten quite a few renders knocked out finally getting ready to wrap that part up, but what I have been able to finally get locked down is THIS SCRIPT.
I don't quite know how many other devs work on things, but my method of working on this type of project has always been
Step 1: Have an idea of of the plot and imagine the conversations that lead them to where you need them to .
Step 2: Render out the scenes and in a way that holds a direct line of conversation but don't focus on the actual dialogue, focus more on how the mood of the scene goes.
Step 3: Come back and actually write the dialogue while experiencing it as it flows.
Step 4: Re-edit scenes to fit and fix issues that made sense in the original order the were rendered, but don't fit as well without specific references that didn't fit or just didn't flow well.
I guess all I did was just describe the act of "creating", but that's at least the method to my madness. It's strange feeling. Does my freeflow style of writing terrify you like it did a friend of mine?
I wanted to give some sort of preview image of where I am right now, but... let's just say we're not in a very "public friendly" part of the story if you catch my drift.π
It also feels weird to just be like "here's a piece of the script" but like... don't want to share specifics to avoid spoilers... so...

Hehe, a spoiler that does not spoil. Nice one! You work how you want to work, every dev is different. I am just glad the game is progressing!
