its that magical time of year when every supermarket parking lot smells like an act of arson in the town of hatch. bought some green chile from the store and roasted it at home (i do not have a grill, a gas stove, or any kind of open flame to roast them over so i put them under the broiler in my oven dont tell anyone). turned the chile into a salsa that i have been putting on my eggs in the morning, and i made a chile jam that i have been spreading on my toast. i am taking some advice from the spice girls and i am "spicing up my life"
