I have several thoughts I am toying with for the next story.
One is a more Warhammeresque-universe or Eberron-style realm where people are restricted to Four. Racism, other races vastly stronger, remote gods.
I played Asheron's Call for nearly ten years. I literally have between two and three years of life sunk into that game. One of Ael's soul-shards materializes on a video-game world, filled with totally weird creatures, where things have gone all wrong... (leaning towards this one the most, as I'd love to introduce my readers to that game).
Marvel universe fan fiction. This could star either Sama and Briggs, or a SOul-shard. But the rules on magic are way beyond Level Nine spells in the Marvel-verse, and a Strength score of 60 just puts you into the range of a low-power brick...
