Some stereo delay, ping pong delay or echo (perhaps 1/8th or 1/4th or even alternate between both) accentuating some words will be a good way to fill up the space between sentences and make it a bit dreamy (if you put some reverb on it). For example, what you do to me (to me, to me, to me, to me - 1/8th) Baby (baby, baby - 1/4th), I'm in ecstasy (tasy, tasy, tasy, tasy -1/8th). For the arrangement, some Rhodes playing a rhythm with some chords or a melody during the 1st break could be cool. Also the guitar or perhaps lead playing on the 1 of each bar during the drop is really cool maybe you could do some call and response around it maybe the 3 or 4. Cool track, the vibe reminded me a bit of Sebastien Tellier and l'Imperatrice. You should check some of their songs (A ballet, VANILLE FRAISE respectively) for other arrangement ideas or mixing reference. Good luck with the song :-)
