I'm not a hardcore Delena shipper but I still think they are (were?) the best romantic ship on that show other than Caroline and Klaus (though if we ignore canon then I'm defnitely an Elijah/Elena shipper). I'm really not digging the kinda relationship between Elena and pretty guy 8whatever his name is). I agree, not the greatest episode but I think I've been saying that for prett much every episode (with a few exceptions) since the end of season 4 :D
