Dug your enthusiasm for this one. Oh the chink chink tap tap sound of metal on metal always puts me on edge. π€’ This will test your memory of how things originally played out. Now we know more detail, that he did cross for Peter. But Peter didn't survive the return trip. So the act that caused the conflict is in place. But Peters absence from then on will have obviously affected events in various ways. One example, Peter wasn't there to advocate for Walter. So he still gets visits from the Doctor who runs St Claire's.
