Not quite sure what you mean. I only have a 3USD membership and it's available for download, and I'm pretty sure it has all of the previous animations included. Unless I missed an update, there aren't any animations uniquely included at higher payment tiers. Tiers above 3USD give voting rights for future animations, animation requests, and Anarcis' webcomic :) I'm pretty sure the 10USD animation requests become available for download at the 3USD tier.
