More issues ... why can't it "just work"

Going through hell trying to clone my C drive to a new M.2.
Checked all BIOS settings, tried using system repair using the windows USB install key etc ...
Nothing does it.
I cloned my drive using "Macrium reflect", said it was successful.
So I turn computer off, unplug my old OS SSD, then start computer again, and bham wham up my arse, no boot for me.
Instead I get a BSOD ...
Error code : 0xc000000e
No way I want to bother going through all the commands to fix it manually.
So, next weekend when I have more time, I'll reformat the cloned M.2, and use a different cloning tool instead "DiskGenius" which has a feature to ensure the disk is bootable ... we'll see.
So, I'm sorry again for not uploading any content this week, hopefully I get this issue resolved soon.
