Pre-Champ Interlude: Sabrina De-Evolution

Heh. Man, THIS one has been sitting on the backburner for a loooong time. The initial picture came off a particularly old sheet and we eventually got the idea to dust it off and get it ready as an Interlude for Pre-Champ! Yeah, Sabrina is a really fun Pokemon character and we very rapidly got attached to doing fun stuff with her just between the two of us, so might as well make that canon for the Pre-Champ comics, huh? If you can't tell we really love our dum-dums so having her go from an aloof, brilliant telepath to a babbling, emptyheaded sillypants was just a fun direction to take her character. Just to drive the point home we see her Slowking going a similar downgrade. Don't feel bad, the Slowpoke's probably quicker on the uptake than she is. Rosa's inclusion is based on an old, old picture of her gushing over Sabrina, this is sort of a re-do of that idea now that we have a better idea of the Pre-Champ universe. You'll notice for Sabrina we're MOSTLY basing her design off Gen 4, but we included her bangs from the Gen 1 look, just to kinda blur those two designs together a bit. Pre-Champ is just a weird hodge-podge of continuities so wanted to reflect that a bit with Sabrina.
