Per testimony, the defendant ‘licked the soles of the soldier’s large, soiled feet’ despite the victim’s inability to resist. Defendant’s statement: ‘Your Honor, I regret only that I could not resist the opportunity to worship a soldier’s calloused feet.’ Sentence: 24 months confinement.
