Severus Snape would rather be hexed into next Tuesday than get married.
Unfortunately, ignoring the decree isn’t an option. Unless he wants the Ministry assigning him a bright-eyed, baby-crazed spouse eager to fulfill her patriotic duty. Enter Professor Morvan, who is just as furious about this absurdity as he is. Her solution? A marriage of convenience. No feelings. No nonsense. Just enough appearances to keep the Ministry from meddling.
But things are never as simple as they seem.
Episode notes: This is set a few years before the second war. Our protagonists are roughly the same age. Initially Severus will refer to her in third person, but that will change down the line for...reasons. Smut will follow in the next episode.

My own fault for listening at work. The sense of his entire comfortable bachelor life drifting out of his control and every loophole being closed like another draw string on a Victorian night gown around both their clever necks was epically funny! I know it's just a story and it must have limitations but I am very worried about gay and lesbian wizards and witches though since the lavender arrangement isn't apparently feasible. I hope they are exceptions or that someone clever has thought of a magical hack for the diary.

I can imagine things will get very dangerous at some point, and also their affection will begin and grow. The only difference being the age of the woman involved and who she married. And believe it or not a lot of the men involved in those cults are not happy with the wives they are given. Sounds sort of familiar doesn't it? Not sure I'm going to like this story arc but who knows it might get less cringe later on. But I had really hoped for a different story arc but oh well it looks like this has a lot of fans already and so it goes. Good luck.
