(Timeline Tuesday #37)
Paracreeps are a species of large, humanoid bird, ranging in hues that cover the entirety of the color spectrum. Their feathers are vibrant, covering the creatures from head to toe. Standing between five to six feet tall, Paracreeps maneuver through the world in a way very similar to humans, only finding difficulty when they encounter objects that require the use of opposable thumbs. Their wings are simply not equipped for this type of manipulation, although they can wrap tight enough to hold objects like keg cups.
The keg cup is, in fact, a common thing for this species to be holding, due to their love of partying and alcoholic beverages. The culture of paracreeps revolves around this type of revery, which would be just fine if not for the fact these birds tend to exhibit little regard for the boundaries of others. This is how paracreeps derive their name, specifically the βcreepβ part.
This avian species is notoriously sleazy and downright disrespectful, seen as a nuisance when they arrive at any social gathering. They almost always provide some kind of service to counteract this annoyance, whether providing chocolate milk, alcohol or food, but these offerings are never worth it.
Because of their bad reputations, paracreeps rarely stay on any one timeline for long, wandering nomads in search of the next party.
