Hard AGREE or Hard DISAGREE?
Added 2022-12-17 01:19:23 +0000 UTCHi everyone! Sarah and I (Amy) had a fun exchange on Instagram today after she listened to our Itaewon episode. She HARD agrees with Megan's feelings about Itaewon Class while Lia and I will die on the hill that it is one of our top dramas. But in our My Mister episode, it pained poor Sarah how much some of us did not connect with one of her top dramas.
We all like what we like and don't like what we don't. Does that make sense? I don't know. I've been up since 4:30 a.m. Cut me some slack. LOL. But the fact is that some dramas hit some of us right in the soul, and some don't. But when that one drama burrows into your heart, it can be painful when someone doesn't feel the same way. Hence my pain in our Itaewon episode. #stillnotoverit
So Sarah thought it might be fun (as did we) to see when you might have hard agreed or hard disagreed with how one or all of us felt about a drama. Did you scream at your phone when Megan and I admitted to fast-forwarding some episodes of Mr. Queen? Or when Lea couldn't get behind the slapstick of Cafe Minamdang? Or when I wished Run On would have only been about Kang Tae-oh and Sooyoung? We've all been there. Let's share those big feelings.

I think my first HARD DISAGREE was with Megan on 1% of something, but I do agree that the ML suites were awful. Another, HARD DISAGREE is King Eternal Monarch. I kept falling asleep and couldn't get past episode 5. I HARD AGREE with Lia and Amy on Iteawon Class. It was the first drama my husband watched from beginning to end with me.

2022-12-23 20:52:45 +0000 UTCLOL I don't think there is any middle ground with Run On. You either love it or leave it. I'm grateful it introduced me to Kang Tae-oh, so at least I have that. And My Love From the Star was enjoyable to me once it got going, but I think a big part of my enjoyment is just loving Jun Ji Hyun's comedy. Having already known Kim Soo Hyun and what he's capable of from It's Okay, My Love From the Star felt like it stifled his performance abilities.
