We Can Salvage Her!・彼女を救うことができる！

"Well, she was a handful, wasn't she?" Said the K4RN wearing the apron, all ready for a bit of a messy reset procedure. "This has been the second this month already. What is going on?" The wheelchair pushing K4RN asked. The accompanying K4RN waved her finger in excitement. "You know! You know, I heard there was some... Disagreement between two mining corps in the 35th quadrant!

 The other two looked at the accompanying K4RN. "You're sticking your nose again where you shouldn't, aren't you?" The wheelchair pusher said. "It's not forbidden or anything, but don't let it get to your head okay?" The nosey K4RN nodded. "I know... It's just something that's been doing the rounds you know. Some regulars also haven't shown up in a few weeks..."

Background: At the local Chemsok Maintenance Facility, a K4RN was delivered who completely was out of her protocol. Screaming, violent, grabbing something sharp, she even hurt a few folk in the lobby. She was quickly apprehended, restrained and is now being fed sedatives to keep her in check. This sort of behaviour an unfortunate side-effect of when a clone isn't reset in a while. Extreme snaps like this are usually caused by very traumatic experiences, like extreme abuse, violent conflicts, mass casualty events and general loss.

「まあ、彼女は大変だったね？」 エプロン姿のK4RNは、面倒なリセット処置の準備をしていた。「今月はもう2回目ですよ。どうしたんですか？」車椅子を押すK4RNが尋ねた。付き添いのK4RNは興奮して指を振った。「あのね！知ってる？第35象限の2つの採掘隊の間で意見の相違があったらしいんだ ！」

 他の2人がK4RNを除いた。「君はこういうことに興味津々なんじゃないかね？」 車椅子を押している人が言った。「禁じられたことでも何でもないが、影響を受けてみよう。」 おせっかいなK4RNはうなずいた。「わかってる...そうなんだけど...何人かの常連はここ数週間姿を現していないんだ...」

背景情報： 地元のケムソック・メンテナンス施設で、K4RNが配達された。悲鳴を上げ、暴力を振るい、鋭利なものを掴み、ロビーで数人を怪我させた。彼女はすぐに逮捕され、拘束され、今は鎮静剤で抑えている。このような行動は、クローンがしばらくリセットされなかったときの不幸な副作用である。このような極端なキレは通常、極度の虐待、暴力的な紛争、大量殺傷事件、一般的な喪失感など、非常にトラウマ的な経験によって引き起こされる。
