With regards to the Elf doujin we've been teasing this past couple of months, it's still happening. Right now, our editor still hasn't showed up, and to get things moving, I'm trying to convince someone to work on the pages. So far he hasn't responded yet.
And with regards to the Aikatsu! doujin, translation progress is slow due to it being a gag doujin with tons of dialogue and potential pop culture references, and the obligatory "too busy IRL". If you haven't seen the teaser for the doujin, here are two pages to give you an idea on what kind of doujin we're dealing with. Oh and also if you haven't read it already, here is a doujin we translated that's from the same artist.
