I'm still alive! and what to expect

Hi all, my sincerest thanks for staying with the unproductive me for months. My spring break has just begun which allows me to catch my breath and start modding again. I'm aware of a ton of bugs related to Valor crashing/freezing. For people experiencing this, please try update BTPS and see if freezing still happens. I'd love to debug this issue before the long-overdue public release of valor.

After valor, I'll move onto the planned poise overhaul as a part of the Valhalla Combat ecosystem called "valiance". This will go well together with KARS once the awesome OAR exposes its API, allowing me to fully exploit KARS' potential. For now, I'll design the poise system to work with vanilla or Loki's poise's animations. I'll be showcasing more videos of it soon.

As a final note, do you have any additional features for valor in mind that I need to add? For now I'm thinking about timed blocking for NPCs, which shouldn't be too hard to implement. Any thoughts are welcomed!

The "fake out" / "cancel" mechanic for NPCs introduced by Bot's behavior edits in Distance Based Combat actually work on Valor Perilous attacks and it looks super cool in practice

Not much different. Perilous attacks are basically uninterruptable attacks. Perilou bashings are also slowed down to give you a chance to counter them, making the vanilla bashing bechanics fairer.
