Like i said, Asia would be more focused on orgasm denial/chastity, especially for married women, they would see it as the "proper" thing to do(you could mix that into Bushido for Japan). The middle east would be into purely masochistic pleasure, they have more advance drugs that women take and any and all sexual pleasure can only be derived from pain. South America would be all about size and gaping, not a surprise really, Brazil has a butt competition IRL nowadays. They would push it to the extreme though, think surgeries and more intense drugs too allow for greater size. Finally, sub Saharan Africa would be more fertility focused. Taking cues from your expo story line, women would swell there bladders/wombs to resemble pregnant women, sex would only be anal (the men would be to large anyways, lean into the BBC trope). They would take drugs that make them lactate permanently. Less anal focused, but it allows for different fetishes.

But in the context of a cuckold story, it makes more sense. Maybe in some future setting where I get into more sexual servitude instead of just willing anal destruction, it would make more sense. We'll see though.
