In Still Here, the two winged fighters are indeed kayle and morgana (and they are sisters, both daughters or mihira the aspect of justice) they used to fight for demacia together. What I like to see the end of the cinematic as, is tryndamere was never actually fighting kindred, even though that's what he sees. Kindred is basically the grim reaper, theres no escaping death, but tryndamere ulting is basically him fighting against death everytime. Then as ashe comes in and saves him/he is no longer fighting for his life, kindred disappears. Ashe and Trynd are both from freljord and were politically married btw, though they started to actually love eachother after the marriage. i'm not the biggest lore expert but thats my take on it
