2023-07-14 00:17:50 +0000 UTCNot really a spoiler since the anime didn’t actually bring it up and it wasn’t super important in the manga either, but the reason Gyokko is all water and fish themed is because his former human life was spent being a really weird loner that lived near a fishing wharf on the coast.
