- OnAnimationChange event so that it sends out tags matching new animations being played.
### Fixed
- Accuracy of walk location for NPC.
- Issue with NPC sometimes walking to the wrong locations.
- Walk back-up routine to work better under new walk system.
### Removed
- Remnants from old walk system.
