We've teased a little information about the broader world KoD takes place in, but today we're going to reveal a lot more. Now that we've finished illustrating our plans, we're pleased to show you the world map.
This is where Sabia currently is and the area of the game so far, the camp name is Grok og Dar.

Lundar covers the majority of a large continent named Aleria. On this map, you can see its neighbors for the first time. You can see the familiar orc regions in the southeast, the minotaurs live over the mountains to the west, and the elven kingdoms lie to the east. In the south, the islands of Carchedon are home to Vehlis and the Bank of Talos. And in the north lies Lundar's most difficult ally, Erxia.
The game won't visit every location on this map (that feels too artificial), but this world will inform the ongoing plot in many ways. If you were trying to picture the political situation of Lundar and the surrounding regions, hopefully this map should give you a better idea.
There are a few groups living across the oceans, and Carchedon trades with peoples living in and beyond the great deserts to the southeast. But those lie outside the scope of the game - the heart of the story is also the heart of the map: Lundar and Sabia's family.
The next update will give Sabia her first chance to explore a little further into the world. We are also in work for adding and improving game systems we will go in details about in future updates. You can also look forward to some resolution to cliffhangers from last time...
