She kept dwelling on the events of the day, on the rude customer who had called her a cow, and how she'd emphasized it with such vitriol, such a smug look on her face. She'd rolled her eyes and breathed a sigh of relief after they left. Still, the words dug into her even now, burying themselves deep within her...she felt herself sinking into her mattress...still at the edge of sleep, she told herself it was a dream, even as her stomach and chest barreled out. 20 pounds more, 40 pounds more...her blanket felt warmer too, as holstein-patterned fur blossomed across her skin. "A cow," she murmured. "She called me a cow..." With each mumbled word her face pushed forward more and more, forming a bovine snout. Her ears flopped outward and flicked back and forth on their own, and her chest expanded, filling out into D's and beyond.
"Not a cow...not a cooOOOOOOOWWW!"
