An Update on Everything
Added 2024-11-26 22:28:50 +0000 UTCHello everyone! Just wanted to talk a lil bit about the future of the Patreon, the Card Game, and Hardcoded.
Hardcoded has been doing well on steam! We've gotten a ton of bug reports and we've dropped something like.. Four? Post release updates this month? We've got one more coming at the end of the month for the steam and itch releases that will include another round of minor bug fixes as well as a very small amount of new content! Assuming that I get it done in time :D
I've also been working hard on the Succubabe's Bathhouse, making progress on the Tavern Area so I'll be able to show off the dialogue system soon!
Still rough, but it's coming along! We think we'll be able to post the First Ever Patreon version of the Succubabe's Bathhouse at the end of next month!!
The patreon tier descriptions are still unchanged, but we're gonna update them for the new game project soon. We've been swept up in things that seem more important, but we'll get around to it :D They will essentially be the same, though, just with a focus on the Succubabe's Bathhouse instead of Hardcoded.
With the sudden influx of feedback on Hardcoded, I've been feeling a lot of inspiration to keep working on it. I'm hoping that in the coming months I'll be able to find an ideal balance between working on the Succubabe's Bathhouse and not neglecting Hardcoded... My precious baby.... Anyway, thank you all for sticking around for the development of this game! it's been a crazy journey and I'm looking forward to keeping it going with the next game!!! <3 <3
People who are still having trouble getting your steam key: Try changing the email on your itch to something else, then changing it back to the one associated with your patreon, even if it already does match the patreon one. I'm sorry this process has been so fucky, I will not be using this method to distribute keys again in the future. Also we do still have itch keys if you would rather have those! Just send us a DM. (This is only for people who've received links in their DMS!! Otherwise, ignore this!)

2024-11-27 07:01:51 +0000 UTCYou don't need to patch the game, just replace the old version with the new one. The saves are stored elsewhere and should remain unfucked when updating the game. If you're worried though, you can find your saves at this directory and back them up: ~/Users/USERFOLDER/.godot/app_userdata/HARDCODED/

2024-11-26 23:47:28 +0000 UTCIt's a great game, and i'm enjoying finally sitting down to play the finished version, having waited (im)patiently through the beta versions! Any chance of an update to allow the Mac versions to play nice with the newest versions of OsX? Right now it says the game isn't compatible, and Steam tries to hide it by default, thinking it won't run on my mac :(
