It's one I've finished last summer, so it's been sitting around for almost a year because I wasn't exactly too happy with how FJ's face was turning out. I ended up deleting him specifically and redrawing him entirely, and I'm still not 100% satisfied, but it's still some of the best lighting work I've managed to do, so it's very dear to me <3

Short lore drop but when FJ had his amnesia episode way back when him and Rick first met, it happened due to a concussion he received in an altercation. This altercation also caused an injury to his arm, which he had for an entire first few months of him getting to know Rick. During that time, Rick would obviously help him kinda get ready, he was buying him new clothes, he was doing a lot of things to help him get back on his feet, but among these things, he would tie his ties for him since FJ clearly couldn't do it on his own with just one arm.
That tradition kinda stuck ever since. FJ said Rick just tied them better (which wasn't true and Rick was notoriously bad at tying ties due to his childhood haha, it's one of the things that made Loretta kinda figure out that Rick wasn't as well off as a child as he wanted to make people believe) when, in reality, he just liked it as a little bonding moment between them two <3

Thaank youu 🥰✨️ and yess 💔 thankfully FJ's kid was very very young at the time, he was only four when FJ came back to do his part of the parenting, but it was still such a sad situation for everyone involved and really shouldn't have happened ❤️🩹 HAHA and yeah, it's supposed to be like an event of sorts so there's a bunch of people in the other room 🥰 but yeah, I also feel FJ's posture is a bit off, but tbh I've been coming back to it every few months and I think it's time to accept defeat ahahaha I'm happy you still find it beautiful though!

Friend, I got scared for a moment since there is someone clearly in the back, based on the mirror's view 👀. Hhmmm, I do feel there's a little bit off on FJ's posture, but I can figure out if it is the head 🤔 - yet I find the drawing beautiful
