Trees Chapter 351 All-in is a Kind of Wisdom

"By the way, are you guys from Team 7 on a mission?"

Chen Feng walked ahead of the two, curiously asking.

From his demeanor, it seemed like he intended to help Team 7 complete their mission.

Meanwhile, in his mind, he was already plotting something about Sakura.

‘What a shame...’

‘Since the blondes are not here, Sakura will have to do.’

The two Reincarnators exchanged glances, their lips curling into faint smirks.

"By the way." Naruto grinned carefreely, showing none of his former brashness.

"Old man, are you two on a mission too?"

"Why are there only two of you?"

"Where are your teammates?"

Naruto acted exactly like the naive Konoha knucklehead from the original story.

As for that idiot's question... Naruto clearly had no intention of answering it.

But he certainly played the part of the Konoha’s beloved troublemaker perfectly.

"Ahahahaha......"

"Our teammates went ahead to gather intel."

Chen Feng forced a dry laugh, but Naruto's words still made him uneasy.

‘This was really strange...’

‘It's been almost two hours, so why hasn't that guy A-Qi come back from going out to gather intel?’

The three of them had spent a large number of points in the shop to exchange for a Tracking Talisman just to find Naruto.

But while this thing could locate a person, it only gave a general range.

The exact position still required them to search manually.

So, two hours ago, they had sent A-Qi out to help with the search...

Meanwhile, in another part of the forest, the Reincarnator named A-Qi was wandering aimlessly through the trees.

He claimed he was looking for Naruto...

But his real goal was to find Hyuga Hinata.

"Ahahahaha......"

"Chen Feng definitely doesn’t know I still have another Tracking Talisman on me!"

A-Qi let out a strange laugh. Seeing that he was about to reach Hinata’s approximate location, he could barely contain his excitement.

"Hehehehe......"

"Uzumaki Naruto, don’t blame me."

"Taking Hinata away means you won’t have Boruto."

"Guess that counts as a good deed, right?"

A-Qi was extremely confident in his own strength.

After all...

Hinata's combat ability in the original work wasn’t particularly high.

Just using some firearms would be enough to capture her.

"Found it!"

As A-Qi pushed through the bushes, he suddenly spotted a temporary campsite up ahead.

And what made him even more ecstatic was...

He actually saw Karin and Sakura there as well!!

"Hehehe......"

"My apologies."

"Boruto, your mother-in-law is mine now too."

A-Qi set down his backpack and pulled out a pre-prepared tranquilizer gun, which he had already assembled and practiced with.

Next up...

All three of these women would be his!!

Just as A-Qi was lost in his delusions, his ears suddenly picked up multiple whispers.

The voices included those of an old man, a child, a man, and a woman.

The situation felt like being dropped into a bustling marketplace.

But...

He was in the middle of a forest… how could there be noises like this!?

"Who’s there!?"

"Who the hell is speaking!?"

A-Qi’s hair stood on end in terror as he whipped out two pistols and pointed them at the darkness behind him.

However, the surroundings remained as quiet as before.

The only difference was...

The voices were growing louder, as if approaching him.

And soon, the dozens of voices merged into one clear sentence...

"What are you doing?"

A-Qi’s pupils shrank violently.

‘The voice... the voice was coming from beneath me!?’

Cold sweat beaded on A-Qi’s forehead, his entire body prickling as if pierced by needles.

Summoning the greatest courage of his life, he stiffly turned his neck and looked down at his own body.

And then he saw...

A blood-red skull emerging from his stomach.

“Aaahhhhhh!!!”

"W-what the hell are you!?"

A-Qi screamed and fell backward onto the ground.

He flailed his arms wildly, scrambling backward as if trying to shake off the skull growing from his abdomen.

He even wondered if he was trapped in a Genjutsu, slapping himself hard while squeezing his eyes shut.

"Fake! This is all fake!"

"Genjutsu! It’s genjutsu!"

The skull's jaws clacked together with a crisp click-clack.

Ignoring the panicking Reincarnator, it began drawing flesh from his abdomen to reconstruct itself.

Muscles, blood vessels, and skin rapidly coalesced.

Before long, a yellow-haired head had fully formed on A-Qi’s stomach.

"Can you please repeat what you just said?"

Hearing the voice once more, A-Qi squeezed his eyes shut, too terrified to look.

But the harder he tried, the less control he had… his eyelids forced themselves open against his will.

“Aaaaahhhh!!!”

The moment he saw Boruto’s face, A-Qi finally snapped.

"That’s it?"

Boruto grinned, baring two rows of teeth in a mocking sneer, before retracting his head back into the Reincarnator’s body.

A few seconds later, A-Qi stood back up.

But now, his entire body looked as if it had been scorched by flames, his skin blackening and flaking off like charcoal.

As the charred remains of his face crumbled away, Boruto’s features emerged beneath.

A mask woven from ancient copper coins covered the lower half of his face, and a single horn protruded from his forehead.

"Dad... Mom..."

"Boruto saved you this time."

"Hehe... hehehe..."

Boruto covered his mouth, giggling uncontrollably between words.

The laughter didn’t sound like his own… more like an infant’s gurgling mirth.

He stood motionless, staring at his mother in the distance as she cooked.

When she suddenly turned around, Boruto flinched violently, scrambling backward in terror.

Clutching his head, he shook violently, tears streaming as he wailed, "It wasn’t me!"

"I didn’t kill Mom!"

"It was Kawaki! Yes, Kawaki!"

Images of his parents’ brutal deaths flashed through his mind, and Boruto crumpled to the ground, sobbing.

"No..."

"They’re not dead! They’re not!"

"Dad and Mom are alive...!"

After a while, he numbly sat back up, staring blankly toward where his mother had been.

Then, he raised his right wrist, glancing the red wristwatch strapped to it… before breaking into a twisted smile.

"You..."

"will all die. No one escapes. No one."

Muttering like a madman, Boruto’s form shifted back into that of the Reincarnator, A-Qi.

"Reincarnators."

"How amusing."

Boruto realized he could manipulate the watch. After fiddling with it, he discovered an empty ‘World Assessment Report’, likely meant to evaluate this world.

He didn’t understand much, but one thing was clear:

If he submitted a report, countless Reincarnators would come rushing in… to die.

His eyes gleamed, his lips stretching unnaturally wide as he slowly typed out his assessment…

[This world is rich in resources. Threat Level: F. Contains countless parallel worlds ripe for plunder...]

Boruto enthusiastically wrote a 10,000-word report, detailing everything… the Shinobi World’s Dojutsu, the God Tree, all of it.

Not long after submission, the ‘Main God’ sent a message.

[Thank you for the intel, Reincarnator A-Qi.]

[Reward: 10,000 Reincarnation Points.]

The Main God, who is currently struggling to survive in the Warhammer 40k Universe, nearly lost his mind with excitement upon receiving this report.

‘Deploy!’

‘Send every last Reincarnator immediately!’

‘This time, I’m going all in!’

‘And once this was over… I would return to settle the score with this shithole world that made survival a nightmare!!’
