I just wanted to say that you ALWAYS get it. And this is why I don’t mind being patient while waiting for you to react to my favs. I was over the moon when you got into Red Velvet, and waiting for your XG reaction has paid off as well. You ALWAYS notice the little things, you always catch what makes them significant. I can’t wait to continue to watch you fall in love with them. Their talent and knowledge is incredible, no weak links at all.

XG or Xtraordinary Girls is a 7 member group where all the members are Japanese with Hinata being half Korean/half Japanese and Harvey being half Japanese/half Australian. XG trained and promotes in Korea while singing in English. They often refer to their music genre as X-Pop. XG was formed by the company XGALX run by CEO Simon (producer name Jakops) Simon has a direct hand in EVERY release the girls have. Simon often helps write the songs but he's also their main producer, producing every single one of their tracks so far. Simon is half Japanese/half Korean and used to be a Kpop idol himself, where he was in the group Dalmation. XG is the first group he's ever created. The members in age order are Chisa (sub-leader, main vocalist), Hinata (vocalist, main dancer), Jurin (leader, main dancer, main rapper, sub-vocalist), Harvey (main rapper, sub-vocalist), Juria (main vocalist), Maya (rapper, lead vocalist) and Cocona (maknae, main rapper). Cocona is the one with the braids that you said was a main dancer and you're correct! I would say the strongest dancers in XG are definitely Jurin, Cocona, Maya and Hinata. And again you were right in saying that they have trained for a long time, they trained for FIVE years before they debuted. It was essentially a survival program that started with approximately 20 girls age 10-16. They have a full documentary about it on their Youtube channel! It's called "XG Documentary Series: Xtra Xtra" and it shows how Simon went about training and picking the final 7 girls for the XG lineup over the five years. I would say another way to get familiar with XG is definitely the XG VOX and the XG TAPES. The Vox playlist is for the vocal line (Juria, Chisa Hinata) and their vocal covers and the Tapes playlist is for the rap line (Jurin, Harvey, Maya, Cocona) and their rap covers/mixtapes. It really showcases an extra layer to their talent. There are also the XG MOVE videos as well which highlight their dance skills. So, there's a lot of content to get into with them. They also already have two Korean variety shows out. The first one is called "XG Three Meals a Day" and the second one is called "XG X or Go". Both shows are available on Youtube for free with English subtitles. Ultimately, they're really a group of aces. Everyone can rap, sing and dance and having watched the documentary, it's only right because these girls worked their ASSES off to be here.

I personally prefer XG's dance practices to their MVs because with more budget, sometimes it can be overstimulating for me but the songs are all unique which I love. I think for Tippy Toes, you should watch their dance practice instead of the music video. It showcases a lot of their synchronicity and high dance skills even at the early stages. Girl Gvng - dance practice has the full length song, the MV cuts a big chunk of it but still very cinematic so your preference :) TGIF - dance practice, lot of moving angles and compliments the style of the song so well. New Dance - Music Video, so refreshing and shows more of their normal side, girls just having a good time aesthetic!

Depending on who you ask it's either one of their greatest strengths or biggest weaknesses but they're pretty all over the place from comeback to comeback in terms of genre and so on so there are definitely sides to them you still haven't seen yet.
