Enjoy the early and ad-free look at the insane Scape & Run: Parasites mod, which introduces a player-influenced Cronenberg-esque infection that adds a massive number of new and terrifying mobs. Still hoping to release publicly tomorrow, but the audio mix definitely needs some tweaks before then.

Now that you've done this one, you should try some of the other infection-style mods out there. Sculk Horde and Fungal Infection:Spore are two of the other big ones.
