Magistrate Higgins (had to look this up, because it bothered me too), is Gregory Itzin who plays President Logan from 24, another brilliant series. He died two years ago age 74. No mention will be made of Inara, much to my chagrin. 😎 Jane is in danger of becoming a good man and Kaylee and Simon are going 'so well', albeit a touch rocky. Love River. She's cute, innocent, and childish. yet she is analytic and fact focused. Her being afraid of Preacher's hair is hilarious, and if you knew what was coming, you'd understand how crazy this phobia is. Until next time, cheers. BTW, I'm still on the fence as to which intro dance I enjoy the most. This or OB's. Give me a few more eps to decide. 🥰

Any person who cares about keeping something so intimate for only those who they are truly, deeply, physically and emotionally connected with and hopefully committed to is wholesome for upholding their values. This topic is why I was absolutely disgusted with Taylor Swift for her Sad virgins song on Saturday night live. It's a vile attitude to have towards a human being. She would be one of the first people to get in a public outrage if another artist made that song about women. Whether it was a song making fun of them for being virgins OR making fun of them for sleeping with every man they meet. She'd be like "IT'S NOT YOUR BUSINESS AND IT'S NOT A JOKE YOU MONSTER!!!" but no, if it's about guys it's hilarious and they're pathetic and the perfect punchline if they're not some skeezy player who sleeps around and doesn't lose his virginity by the time society thinks he should. 🙄 Society overcorrected when they tried to fix the purity culture thing and now it doesn't take sex as seriously as it should or give any respect to anyone who values themselves in a way that translates to them not indulging in casual sex. Everyone acts like the context of that scene was funny or normal or even sexy or whatever. What if it was the other way around and he was buying a male prostitute for his daughter and pressuring her to lose her virginity?? Everyone would feel differently I bet. Anyway, there's my rant. Inara's job is gross. Period.

How if a 26 yr old woman, who’s never been with anyone, is seen as wholesome and valued. But a 26 yr-old MAN (Higgins’ son) in the same position is suddenly a LOSER, and WEIRD and CREEPY!!!!!!! I’ve heard women say many times they will NEVER be with a guy who’s never had any lovers either!!!
