Princess charm school!!!! Please

The Diamond Castle please! That’s always been my favorite next to this one. And like this one, there’s a lot of things you wouldn’t expect from a Barbie movie. Also, it’s lowkey kinda gay so you should definitely check it out!

So one of the reasons I say being a princess from the era that this movie is set in, I would never become, is because this was during the time that women could barely read and weren't educated paste the very basics. (if that) Instead they learned how to keep their home. As in, if they were nobility, how to manage the staff/servants. But most importantly how to keep her husband happy. That is why when I say I wouldn't want to have Princess Annaliese's life. It has to do with what I know of how things were like back then. Princess and the Pauper is based on the book Prince and the Pauper. Basic storyline is that a prince goes out in secret to the town and meets a pauper that looks exactly like him. He gets the idea of living each other's lives for a few days and then switching back. Meanwhile, a plot is hatched to take over the kingdom and then it basically follows loosely what happened in the movie. I know there are movies about this book too and not just this Barbie one. In fact, my favorite version when I was a kid was the Wishbone 'The Prince and the Pooch', it was so hilarious.
