'Psycho III' is definitely worth a look but then don't bother with number 4. Another sequel worthy of its predecessor (that you have already reacted too) is 'Damien: Omen II' (1978). Please react to that sometime as it is also highly regarded and holds its own against 'The Omen' easily.
