They absolutely nail Neagley and Reacher's relationship in this episode, it's hilarious in the books and the two actors capture it beautifully. If you notice in the bit in the club where Neagley kicks that guy's ass, she doesn't actually touch the dude at all. She kicks him, yes, but she uses a towel to slam his head into the table rather than punching him. Because, as Reacher said, "she doesn't like to be touched". That was really well done by the fight choreographers to stay true to her character. One of the best Reacher books in the series is a flashback to a case from their old unit. I'm hopeful they'll tackle that plot for a future season.
