About the Items of part 1:

- There are 32 new items;

- The booths need Dine Out GP;

- All other items are BG Compatible;

- All metal, leather, fabric, and wood textures are customs;

- There are two dividers: a Metal cage with plants and a Wood one that fits nicely on walls too;

- There are a set of 8 electrical conduit pipes including the power plug and the light switch;

- Some items have 70 swatches combining wood or metal with colors or leather.

What to expect next:

In part 02 I'll focus on the bar area and on part 03 I'll focus on the kitchen area.
The waiter station, host stations, signs, and other items to complement the sitting area may appear on part 02 or part 03.
