【重要なお知らせ/Notice】今後の運営方針について/Regarding Future Operational Policies

この度はpatreonのアカウント停止に際して、皆様に多大なご迷惑とご心配をおかけしたことを深くお詫びいたします。

今後の運営方針についてなのですが、結論から申し上げますと近いうちにpatreonは閉鎖し、BOOTHとPixivに活動主体を移そうと思っています。そのため、皆様は早急にpatreonのプランを解除していただくようお願いします。

かなり長い文章になってしまい申し訳ないのですが、その理由と今回のいきさつについては次のとおりです。今後の運営についてのみ読まれる方は下のほうまで飛ばしてください。

◇patreonアカウント停止の理由とpatreonの閉鎖理由について

①アカウント停止理由である児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）や、性的に描写された未成年の搾取的な作品について

今回停止の理由となったのは主に制服少女等で投稿していたキャラクターでした。これらの投稿に登場するキャラクターに対して、

”学校の環境で若い学生を描いており、成人として明確に描写されていません。”

との理由で未成年と判断したとのことでした。”成人として明確に描写”するということはどういうことか確認すると、

”キャラクターが明確に成人として描かれている必要があるというのは、疑いや曖昧さが一切ない状態を意味します。例えば、学校の環境で裸の若い女子生徒を描写した場合、そのキャラクターが18歳以上かどうかが不明確になります。そのため、クリエイターの皆様には、学校や高校の設定を避け、登場人物が確実に成人であることが明確な設定を選ぶことを強く推奨します。”

つまり、”学校や高校の設定”である限り”そのキャラクターが18歳以上かどうかが不明確”であり、”明確に成人”ではないため未成年であると判断するということだそうです。ではその”学校や高校の設定”が何なのかと言うと、

”学校に関連するアイテム、テーマ、または場所は、学校の設定や文脈の一部とみなされます。”

との回答でした。実際にはすべての質問において具体的に例を挙げて質問を行っているのですが、ガイドライン運用の柔軟性を保持するために抽象的な表現でしか回答をしてくれませんでした。少なくとも制服と教室は完全にガイドライン違反であり、スクール水着、ブルマ、チア服等は”今のところ”グレーといった印象を受けました。

②patreonのガイドラインの適用範囲について

patreonは自社のガイドラインをその他のプラットフォームにも適用しうるとしています。

”当社のガイドラインは、Patreonを通じて資金提供を受けているプラットフォーム外での活動（SNSなど）にも同様に適用されることをご理解ください。”

”Patreon、X、Pixiv、Booth、その他Patreonと関連するプラットフォームから、この種のコンテンツを削除してください。”

では、この”関連するプラットフォーム”とは何かというと、

”関連するプラットフォームについてですが、あなたがPatreonで資金を集めている以上、その資金をどのように使用するかについてPatreonも責任を問われる可能性があります。リンクが存在しなくても、Patreonとの関連が認められる場合があります。例えば、Pixivへのリンクを削除したとしても、Patreonを利用してPixivで公開する作品の資金を集めている場合、それでもPatreonとの関連があるとみなされます。Patreonを使用して、ガイドラインに違反するコンテンツを共有、リンク、または資金提供することはできません。”

とのことです。つまり、リンクの有無は関係なく、patreon運営がそのプラットフォームを認識した時点で、”関連するプラットフォーム”と判断するようです。ちなみに”資金提供を受けているプラットフォーム”の定義についても質問しましたが、回答はありませんでした。

③全年齢画像の取り扱いについて

今回、バナー画像についてもガイドライン違反のため削除要請がなされました。バナー画像は制服を着用した黒髪少女と白髪少女で全年齢向けの画像でした。しかし、

”たとえ性的行為が描写されていなくても、未成年を性的または性的満足を目的とした文脈で描くことは許可されません。”

とのことでした。

以上の3点から、”関連するプラットフォーム”において、”成人として明確に描写”されていないイラストはたとえ全年齢のイラストであったとしても”未成年を性的または性的満足を目的とした文脈”で認識しうるため、ガイドライン違反になる可能性があるということになります。

つまり、pixvやXに制服少女のアイコンやバナーを使用した場合でもpatreonのガイドライン違反になる可能性が高いということです。

結論として、いつ運用法が変わるかもわからないpatreonのガイドラインに創作活動の全てを制限されるわけにはいかないため、patreonは閉鎖するという考えに至りました。

◇今後の具体的な活動と運営について

〇patreonの閉鎖時期について

まず、patreonを解約した場合、解約しても前回のお支払から1か月間は解約前のプランと同等の権利があります。この期限は解約を行った際に表示されます。

patreonの投稿については順次2月分の投稿を行い、2月投稿分で削除を行った投稿については、何らかの方法で皆様に配布できるよう2月中にお知らせします。

また、2月中旬以降に支払いが行われてしまった方へのプラン内容を完全に履行できないお詫びとして、3月10日頃に最後の投稿としてささやかになるかと思いますが、何らかのおまけ投稿を行いたいと思います。

3月の投稿については可能な限りはpatreonでも行いますが、今後もご支援いただける方は、なるべく早くpatreonを解約し、後述のBOOTHで購入していただいた方が良いかと思います。

〇直近の対応について

本来であれば事前に告知をするべきなのですが、今回の事態に対応するため、過去の投稿について直近1か月を除き削除させていただきました。

多数のコメント等頂いており、できることならそのままにしておきたかったのですが、投稿を非公開にする機能が無く、早急にアカウントを復旧することを目的として削除いたしました。

〇BOOTHへの活動主体の移動について

今後の作品についてはBOOTHでのみの販売を考えています（BOOTH→https://yuukiteito.booth.pm/）。

販売形式としては、patreonのHENTAIプランと同等の形式での販売を考えており、日本円で1,000円。米ドルでは為替状況や手数料にもよりますが、7~8ドル程度になるかと思います。

具体的な方法としては。まず月の初めに〇月作品としてその月のパックで販売します。購入されるとダウンロードページにアクセスすることが出来るようになり、そこからzipファイル等をダウンロードすることが出来るようになります。

そのダウンロードページにPixivに投稿の都度、最新作品ファイルを追加していくことを想定しています。（実際に動作を検証してはいないのですが、そういった運用をされている方は既におり、また理論上は可能と思います。）

そのため、支払いは購入時の1回で、その月の作品すべてをPixivに投稿するのと同時に見れるようにした疑似的なサブスクの運用にしたいと思っています。

3月の投稿作品はBOOTHにて3月初頭から販売し、Pixivに投稿と同時に随時追加する予定です。なお、過去のBOOTH作品は全てpatreonのガイドラインに違反しているため、現在非公開にしています。そのため、2月までの作品はpatreonを閉鎖後に公開する予定です。

〇リクエスト投稿について

リクエストについては引き続き開催したいのですが、どのプラットフォームを使ってどのように実施するか考えあぐねています。patreonをリクエスト用の掲示板のように運用しようかとも考えましたが、アカウント停止のリスクが常にあります。

そのため、しばらくの間はリクエスト投稿は中止とさせていただきます。

リクエストに関して何か良い案がありましたら、教えていただけると幸いです。

〇最後に

今回のpatreonのアカウント停止の事態に際しては、当初楽観的に対処しており皆様への通知が遅くなってしまったことをお詫びいたします。今後は同様の事態にならないように注意いたしますが、何らかのお知らせがある際にはXにて発信を行いたいと思います。

今回の件を受けても私の創作的意欲は一切衰えることはなく、むしろpatreonのガイドラインに左右されない、さらなる表現の追及を行っていきたいと思いますので、今後ともご支援しただければ幸いです。

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused by the suspension of my Patreon account.

Regarding my future plans, to get straight to the point, I have decided to close my Patreon in the near future and shift my main activities to BOOTH and Pixiv. Therefore, I kindly ask all of you to cancel your Patreon subscriptions as soon as possible.

I apologize for the length of this message, but I would like to explain the reasons behind this decision and the details of what happened. If you are only interested in my future plans, please feel free to skip to the relevant section below.

Reasons for Patreon Account Suspension and Closure

① Regarding CSAM and Sexually Exploitative Depictions of Minors

The reason for the suspension was mainly due to the characters featured in my posts, such as girls in school uniforms. According to Patreon, these characters were deemed underage because:

"They are depicted as young students in a school setting and are not clearly portrayed as adults."

So, what does it mean to be "clearly portrayed as an adult"? Patreon explained:

"A character must be unambiguously depicted as an adult, meaning there should be no room for doubt or ambiguity. For example, if a young female student is depicted nude in a school setting, it becomes unclear whether the character is over 18. Therefore, we strongly recommend that creators avoid school or high school settings and instead choose contexts where the characters are unmistakably adults."

In other words, as long as a "school or high school setting" is involved, the character's age is considered "unclear," meaning they are not "clearly an adult" and are thus deemed underage.

When I inquired further about what qualifies as a "school or high school setting," the response I received was:

"School-related items, themes, or locations are considered part of a school setting or context."

Despite asking specific questions with concrete examples, Patreon only provided vague responses, seemingly to maintain flexibility in their guideline enforcement. However, from what I gathered, school uniforms and classrooms are outright violations of their guidelines, while school swimsuits, bloomers, and cheerleading outfits appear to be in a "gray area"—at least for now.

② Scope of Patreon's Guidelines

Patreon states that its guidelines can also be applied to other platforms beyond its own:

"Please understand that our guidelines also apply to activities outside of Patreon (such as social media) that receive funding through Patreon."

Additionally, they have instructed me to remove certain content from multiple platforms:

"Please remove this type of content from Patreon, X, Pixiv, BOOTH, and any other platforms associated with Patreon."

When I asked what qualifies as an "associated platform," their response was:

"Since you are raising funds through Patreon, we may also be held accountable for how those funds are used. Even if there are no direct links, a platform may still be considered associated with Patreon. For example, if you remove links to Pixiv but continue to use Patreon to fund works published on Pixiv, it will still be regarded as connected to Patreon. You cannot use Patreon to share, link to, or fund content that violates our guidelines."

In other words, regardless of whether links are present, if Patreon recognizes a platform as related to your activities, they may classify it as an "associated platform." I also asked for a clear definition of what constitutes a "platform receiving funding," but they did not provide a response.

③ Treatment of All-Ages Images

Even my banner image was flagged for violating Patreon's guidelines and was requested for removal. The banner depicted a black-haired girl and a white-haired girl in school uniforms, and it was entirely all-ages appropriate. However, Patreon stated:

"Even if no sexual acts are depicted, it is not allowed to portray minors in a sexual or sexually gratifying context."

From these three points, it is clear that even all-ages illustrations that do not "clearly depict characters as adults" can still be perceived as portraying "minors in a sexual or sexually gratifying context" and may therefore be considered a violation of Patreon's guidelines.

This means that even using a school-uniformed girl as an icon or banner on platforms like Pixiv or X could potentially violate Patreon's guidelines.

Conclusion

Since I cannot allow my creative activities to be entirely restricted by Patreon's constantly shifting policies, I have decided to close my Patreon account.

Future Activities and Operations

○ Patreon Closure Timeline

First, if you cancel your Patreon subscription, you will still retain the same benefits as your previous plan for one month from your last payment. The expiration date will be displayed when you cancel.

Regarding Patreon posts, I will continue posting February’s content as planned. For the posts that were deleted, I will find a way to distribute them and will provide an update within February.

Additionally, for those who were charged after mid-February and may not receive the full benefits of their plan, I plan to make a final bonus post around March 10 as a small apology.

While I will try to post as much as possible on Patreon in March, I recommend that those who wish to continue supporting me cancel Patreon as soon as possible and instead purchase my content on BOOTH, as explained below.

○ Immediate Actions Taken

Ideally, I would have given prior notice, but due to the current situation, I have deleted all past posts except for the last month.

I received many comments and would have preferred to leave them available, but since Patreon does not offer a feature to hide posts, I had to delete them in order to expedite the account recovery process.

○ Moving to BOOTH as the Primary Platform

I plan to sell my future works exclusively on BOOTH (BOOTH → https://yuukiteito.booth.pm/).

The pricing will be similar to the HENTAI plan on Patreon, set at 1,000 yen. In US dollars, it should be around $7~8, though the exact amount may vary depending on exchange rates and transaction fees.

At the beginning of each month, I will release a monthly pack labeled as “[Month] Works.” Once purchased, buyers will gain access to a download page where they can download ZIP files and other formats.

I plan to continuously update the download page by adding new files each time I post on Pixiv. (I haven't tested this method myself yet, but others have successfully used this approach, and it should work in theory.)

This means that you will only need to pay once per month and will be able to access all of that month’s works as soon as they are posted on Pixiv, creating a subscription-like experience.

For March’s works, I will start selling them on BOOTH in early March and will update the content alongside my Pixiv posts.

Since all my previous BOOTH works violate Patreon's guidelines, I have currently set them to private. However, I plan to re-release them after closing my Patreon.

○ Request Submissions

I would like to continue accepting requests, but I am still considering the best platform and method for doing so. One option was to use Patreon as a request board, but given the risk of account suspension, this is not a viable solution.

For now, I will be suspending request submissions. If you have any suggestions for a good platform or method, I would greatly appreciate your input.

○ Final Thoughts

I initially took a rather optimistic approach in handling my Patreon account suspension, and I sincerely apologize for the delayed notice. I will be more cautious to avoid similar issues in the future, and I will use X (Twitter) to share any important updates moving forward.

Despite this situation, my passion for creation remains completely unchanged. In fact, I am even more determined to pursue creative expression without being restricted by Patreon's guidelines. I would be truly grateful for your continued support.
