That's one of those eternal debates that I'm not qualified to get into. Is American anime even anime? Does anime only come from Japan, or is it just a style? I have no idea. Is it Champagne, or just sparkling white wine?

And yeah it’s a little sailor moon ish (she’s in the bg of a few eps) it’s jusr a generic magical girl show with cute girls, not amazing but a nice time filler and some real gorgeous backgrounds
