A) Ice-Sickle (an ice themed villain) has robbed a bank. White Rabbit shows up and says "Freeze, Ice-Sickle! Return that money to the bank at once, or I am seriously going to fuck you up!" Ice-Sickle responds "Oh please, White Rabbit, what are you going to do? Run at me really fast?" The next panel is of Ice-Sickle getting cunt-punted about a hundred times in the span of a second. The last panel is of Ice-Sickle kneeling over in pain, her clothing torn away. White Rabbit leans over her and says "Yeah . . . That's what it feels like to get cunt-punted a hundred times in less than a second."
B) The villain Size-Queen (woman with power to change her size) is causing mayhem. White Rabbit brings her down by literally jumping into her vagina, and vibrating her own body like a dildo, thus causing Size-Queen to cum so hard that she passes out.
C) Black Powerhouse (an anti-White racist Black villain) is enslaving White women and raping them, for revenge because of slavery and all that. Bunny shows up to stop him, but when she sees how hot he is, she volunteers to let him rape her too.
I've got a billion more ideas, but any of these would do well for a debut comic.

Well she doesn't really lose in any of these. Even in the Black Powerhouse comic, she's going to be the assessor and sort of demand that he rape her. That's going to be the joke.

I've got a follow up for the Black Powerhouse comic though, where Rabbit starts having conjugal visits with him in jail, and she asks him about why he hates white people. He gives her all the reasons. Slavery. Red-lining. Discrimination. But the punchline will end up being that Rabbit doesn't actually listen or care about any of that. She's only interested in him for sex and nothing else.
