Windows 10 bomb??
Added 2016-05-14 06:53:42 +0000 UTCSo I just lost about three hours of work when my computer up and decided on its own to restart and install Windows 10. What? How? I didn't ask it to. I never got a warning or clicked anything. Very frustrated. This comic I'm making feels cursed because I had a power outage last week that made me start over from the beginning. Very annoyed.

2016-05-17 23:39:12 +0000 UTCMarky. you need to turn off automatic updating from your computer. I would tell you the instructions but others have posted way better I ever could so do that. I am not sure what system you are using now so you need to be specific. Anyway Windows 10 installations are kind of like a virus in how Microsoft do it, what they do, without your permission, download the installer on your PC and at some point begin installing it on your PC fucking shit up exactly as you described and when its finally on your PC like a cancer it will constantly update and pretty much consider your PC as a cloud. If you think that shit with "DO YOU WANT TO RESTART NOW? NO? WELL HERE I GOOOO!" was bad then prepare your butthole because it will get worse.

2016-05-14 09:25:52 +0000 UTCas someone else said, it's either a malware that started it for you or you accidently click on it without thinking. things like that have happened to me before so that's why i learned to save my work very often. (i'm a bit overkill since i do my ctrl+s every 20sec :p). But don't be discouraged we are all here to support and encourage you. *pompom girls cheering* go go, marky!!! yayay :)

2016-05-14 07:42:14 +0000 UTCWow man, tough luck. Sounds like my luck couple weeks back when I was typing one of my college finals and my laptop just quit even though it had a full battery. Technology cannot be trusted.

2016-05-14 06:58:36 +0000 UTCI heard recently that they were going to make Windows 10 free for everyone; or something along those lines. I also remember them mentioning there being a button to press to initiate the upgrade; so maybe that happened at some point? Or you could just have had something fucky in your settings that triggered it. My condolences either way, I'm one of those people who only likes OS's that have at least one version between them and the "latest and greatest" OS; because new OS's be buggy as shit and all that. We believe you can overcome any setbacks, Mark!
