WrestleMania XL saw Cody Rhodes win the WWE Championship over Roman Reigns, avenging his WrestleMania 39 loss. However, he bettered another WrestleMania 39 performance along the way.
An internal WWE memo went out to several members of WWE stating that between WWE World and Shop, Cody Rhodes sold over $1 million in merchandise throughout WrestleMania weekend. It was noted that this broke his WrestleMania weekend record from last year.
Cody Rhodes recently signed a new WWE contract that will take him past the age of 40.
