Finally painted these wings that I made and primed a while back - sounds like we're shooting Sonic shit at Colossal (although I might use these for Morrigan shenanigans too, honestly, we love getting double the use of cosplay accessories).

These were primed with plastidip, then painted with acrylics mixed with flexbond to get the base purple and black layers down. I gave em some depth and character with a two-color overlay (one darker purple and one pink actually) by dry brushing on additional acrylic. Then gave em a shiny top-coat of gloss sealant - Modge Podge brand actually makes one that's pretty good!

Obviously they've got a ton of wire in em, I'll post another update when they're assembled together onto the center backing piece.
