Tiers Update!

I deleted the 15$ Tier (Konoha Intelligence) and added the bonus "Weekly Image Preview" that was part of this tier to the 10$ Tier (Chunin)!
Now if you are a Chunin or any tier above you are going to get the weekly image previews!
