In todays upload, we’re working with Sheena – a powerhouse of a personal trainer and gym owner from Ireland who’s no stranger to hard work or heavy lifting. As you’d expect from someone always on the go and pushing her body, Sheena came in needing some serious muscle recovery and deep release work.
This session focuses on areas under constant demand – shoulders, lower back, glutes, and hamstrings – and includes some of the deeper, slower techniques that really show how much tension the body can carry even when you’re strong and fit.
You’ll also get a sense of Sheena’s focus, discipline, and a few laughs along the way – she brings a great energy to the table (literally).
