Retronauts Episode 257: Metal Gear Solid

But this one has been on hold for a good reason: I wanted to hang onto it until Death Stranding arrived, to make it all timely and stuff. I have no idea what to expect from that game, but I do know that whatever it ends up being, it will turn out that way because Hideo Kojima basically earned a lifetime free pass to create whatever the heck he wants when he gave us the game under examination this week: Metal Gear Solid. Our friends Kat and Shane join us once again to revisit the only game Martin Scorsese ever called "cinema."*
