But can it be redeemed by Limp Bizkit, motorcycle jousting, glowing virus tubes, and Thandie Newton’s screen presence alone? Maybe not, but we had fun figuring it out. For context, we also recorded this commentary before that Vulture Thandie interview dropped (keep an eye out for that zit!) because you know Blank Check... we gotta keep on rollin, baby. You know what time it is.

Bob Dylan, the eventual winner, didn't even bother coming! He made them set up cameras so he could livestream his performance from wherever he happened to be touring at the time! I don't think he would have videoed in if he knew Fred Durst was going to be rapping "I know why you wanna hate me" to a bewildered Academy audience in his formal backwards baseball cap (a regular backwards baseball cap with a little bow tie on it).
