EP.202 [Crazy Little Sister Elizabeth’s Yandere Awakening?]

‘Wow, after evolving into a Sword Seeker, my body feels light as a feather!’

Not only did Eugene climb out of the pit by himself, but he also carried 180cm-tall Priscilla in his arms as he leapt up, almost as if running up the pit wall. Reaching the Sword Seeker level didn’t just mean he could emit sword energy-it also granted him incredible physical abilities. Eugene Schneider could feel his new stats and couldn’t help but be amazed and thrilled.

“Whew! Priscilla, we escaped!”

“Th-thank goodness, Eugene...”

Thud!

Jumping from the edge of the pit, Eugene landed impressively on the ground outside, confidently reporting their escape to Priscilla, who was still in his arms. Although Priscilla was fully dressed, the afterglow of sex lingered, leaving her in a very feminine mood.

“Captain! You’re safe!”

At that moment, a loud, delighted voice rang out in front of Eugene-it was Marie, the model member of the Red Fox Mercenary Band.

“Oh! Marie! What brings you here?”

Still not fully grasping the situation, Eugene asked with a slightly surprised expression.

“What do you mean? We’ve been searching for you with the others! There hasn’t been a single magic stone communication since you left for the search this morning!”

Thump-thump-thump!

Marie, having already dismounted, rushed over to Eugene, scolding him for being so oblivious to his comrades’ worries and explaining the situation.

“Oh, right! Things got a bit complicated, so I didn’t think of it. So that’s why everyone came together!”

Eugene belatedly noticed the rest of the group behind Marie.

“E-Eugene, put me down. Hurry!”

Priscilla, realizing the situation, urgently asked to be put down. As much as she was crazy about Eugene, she wasn’t ready to show such a “feminine” side in front of her comrades.

“Captain Eugene, you’re safe. But if you got out of that pit, does that mean you fought the drake directly?”

The search party, now on horseback, approached. Victoria dismounted and expressed relief at Eugene’s safety, then asked about the situation.

“Yes, there was a fight with the drake, though it was so one-sided I wouldn’t even call it a battle. There were a lot of other things, too. I think it’s best to talk about it after we return to camp. Even having experienced it, I’m still a bit dazed.”

Eugene nodded calmly, answering Victoria’s question.

“Wow! But is that really Priscilla? She’s clearly an elf and dressed like Priscilla, but she’s so tall and mature!”

Marie’s surprised voice rang out. Now that the situation was safe, she finally noticed Priscilla’s changed appearance. The once-short Priscilla was now taller than Thomas. Only Eugene had been told that Priscilla’s true form was her tall self.

“Yeah... this is my real form, Marie. It’s complicated, but living on the continent, being smaller was more convenient. But after a tough fight with the drake, I had to reveal my true form.”

“Wow... so this is your real form... Now I’m the shortest in the mercenary band!”

Priscilla, having hidden her true form even from her closest friend Marie, was careful in her explanation, worried Marie might be disappointed. But Marie, ever cheerful, only lamented her new status as the shortest, not caring about secrets.

“I’m really glad. I was so worried the other members would be shaken. We debated a lot about searching, but to find you unharmed is such a relief.”

Jeanne was there too. Though she let out a deep sigh of relief inside, she maintained her dignified demeanor as captain.

“I’m sorry for worrying you, Captain. I was eager and missed the timing to use the magic stone early on. When I tried later, the drake’s mana had spread and it wouldn’t work properly.”

“I see. I understand-there are always so many variables in the field.”

Eugene respectfully bowed his head to his superior. Jeanne, dropping her stern facade, gave him a warm look and comforted him. She believed comforting came first, reprimanding could wait.

“Are you okay, Priscilla? Any injuries?”

Jeanne also checked on Priscilla. Though surprised by Priscilla’s sudden transformation, she kept her composure much better than Marie.

“Yeah, I’m fine, Captain. Sorry for worrying you.”

“Oh my, hearing that from Priscilla? That’s a strange feeling.”

Priscilla sincerely apologized to Jeanne, who was taken aback. Priscilla wasn’t the type to apologize much-usually just a quick “sorry” and done. But to say she was sorry for causing worry was different.

‘I can’t look Captain in the eye... She’s always been so good to me, but I slept with her man...’

That’s right. Seeing Jeanne in person, especially as she worried over her, Priscilla’s conscience was pricked. She’d acted on her feelings for Eugene, thinking she might die anyway, but facing Jeanne was different. That’s the power of the “first wife”-and Jeanne had always treated Priscilla well as more than just a comrade.

“Just act normal, Priscilla. I can’t get used to this.”

Pat! Pat! Pat!

“Y-yeah... Captain...”

Priscilla seemed unable to shake her conflicted feelings.

“That makes sense. As Captain Eugene said, there are traces of the drake’s debuff magic here. Everyone should take my potion before returning to camp, just to be safe.”

At that moment, the last to arrive, mage Elizabeth, backed up Eugene’s statement. She was moving slower in her witch’s outfit, but as a mage, she’d already sensed the strange energy and was analyzing the situation as she approached.

“Debuff poison?”

Jeanne and Victoria both reacted to Elizabeth’s words.

“You could call it debuff magic poison. It’s not a typical poison, but a special toxin that affects beings who use mana. It’s not too difficult to handle, but if you’re unprepared, it can be deadly.”

Elizabeth explained concisely, showing her expertise as the party’s mage.

‘Elf... what’s with that appearance?’

Having fulfilled her duty, Elizabeth immediately began pursuing her personal goal: confirming with her own eyes the secret relationship between her beloved brother Eugene and Priscilla.

She focused intently on Priscilla, who now looked like a mature woman, unlike Marie. ‘There’s an incredible amount of spirit energy flowing... That elf doesn’t have any artifact that could create that!’

The others thought little of Priscilla’s change, but genius mage Elizabeth was not so easily fooled. With her vast knowledge of elves and unmatched mana detection, she could tell the spirit energy swirling in Priscilla’s body wasn’t naturally produced.

‘With that much spirit energy and her true form, there’s no way she should have been so easily defeated by the drake!’

Elizabeth could clearly sense Priscilla’s Archer Seeker-level energy. By her calculations, if Priscilla had used her full power, she should have at least been able to escape.

“Hm?”

Even as she tried to keep her expression neutral, Elizabeth’s intense gaze caught Priscilla’s attention.

‘The mage’s eyes-she knows right away. She knows there’s history between me and Captain Eugene.’

Priscilla instantly picked up on the meaning behind Elizabeth’s look, both from her magical abilities and her personality.

‘Heh, I used to be intimidated by your huge boobs, but not anymore. My mate loves and cherishes my chest too, you know.’

Priscilla’s attitude toward Elizabeth was very different from how she’d acted with Jeanne. Elizabeth was only the third woman, and Priscilla hadn’t been particularly close to her, so she now looked at Elizabeth with newfound confidence, having overcome her old complex.

‘Huh?’

Suddenly, Priscilla’s eyes widened as something dawned on her.

‘Come to think of it, Eugene said he’s from a ducal family-an adopted son.’

She remembered what Eugene had told her when she was on the brink of death.

‘The ducal family is the Oblaing family.’

Priscilla was sharp-she kept up with the world, even if she preferred not to get involved.

‘That mage is Elizabeth de Sel Oblaing... a woman of the ducal family...’

Elizabeth had introduced her full name to the Red Fox Mercenary Band when she joined at the Enclema Desert camp.

“!!!!!?????”

When all those keywords clicked, Priscilla’s eyes grew huge, and-

Gasp!!

She turned her head to look at Eugene Schneider.

‘Eugene and that mage... are siblings????’

Exactly. Elf Princess Priscilla’s mate, Eugene Schneider, was a member of the ducal family-yet he was a man who had slept with his own little sister.

“Well, that’s quite a statement.”

Despite all the tangled, scandalous personal affairs, the parties involved focused on the greater mission of the Imperial Drake Subjugation Special Quest. At the emergency meeting after returning to camp, Elizabeth wore an intrigued expression.

“It’s true. I’m not the only one who heard it. Elf Priscilla also heard the drake’s telepathy.”

She had heard from Eugene about the drake’s extraordinary abilities.
