March brings us back from the far corners of the world in the quest to discover new cryptids and other creatures of folklore, and throws us right into the dark, urban depths of the Bluudkeep.

We've got 5 brand new encounters of varying challenge ratings and setting, ready to drop right into your existing campaigns, or can just as easily be used as a springboard into a new campaign.
Quietly explore an ancient library without angering the protective (and incessantly whispering) Tome Golem; cross paths with the Back Alley Surgeon, hoping that you leave with the same number of limbs and organs as you arrived with; and got toe-to-toe with the lethal protectors of the city - the Doomguard!

You get 5 brand new stat blocks of various challenge ratings, centered around the urban setting of the Bluudkeep. Check out terrifying Alley Crawler, a multi-limbed monstrosity that poses as a crowd of beggers (or blends into existing crowds), before snatching its victims and devouring them whole. And our latest dragon, the bread-loving and friendly baker Patissier Dragon!

We've also got 13 new items to assist your players in surviving the gritty streets and political intrigue - three new masks, like the Mask of the Never Known, the Mask of the Silhouette Society, and the Mask of the Assassin; the Horn of Snooping and Glass Cutter, perfect for any rogue out there; and our latest item the Trench Coat, allowing the two halflings to stack up and go eye-to-eye with the rest of their Medium allies!
And check out our 7 latest grafts - your players will be sure to love the Hollow Leg, perfect for sneaking items (or beverages) in and out of places; the Medics Multitool Arm, making Healing checks easier and letting you operate on creatures making death saves; and the Spring-Loaded Legs, increasing your jumping height and distance!

We have 7 brand new spells with this release. Art Crawl allows the caster to enter into one painting and emerge from another; Summon Spectral Rats conjures a swarm of ghostly rats that take commands; and Locked Pockets is the perfect spell for protecting your assets while in the crowded city, warding your pockets with an alarm!

We also have you covered with new player options! Check out our latest player race, the sewer-dwelling mutated humanoids, the Dregs! Generations spent in the runoff and sewers beneath large cities have led to the Dregs exhibiting mutations. This race is perfect for customizable roleplay, as you select beneficial mutations from the Evolutionary Mutation list, and then detrimental mutations from the Devolutionary Mutation list to balance it back out (allowing an entire party of dregs to be 100% unique from one another)
You'll also get our latest rogue subclass - the agile, parkour-practicing, trained killers, the Traceur! Rogues who exhibit the qualities that cause them to stand out in the city as those who know no limits in what they will do to gain power in the Bluudkeep are invited to join the Silhouette Society. Training in ways to use the cityscape to get around (and get the drop on their targets), their reputation preceeds them in the eternal power struggle between the Society and the Doomguard.
You'll also find 6 new feats, 4 new deficiencies, and our latest Background to help flesh out your player characters.

And lastly, we've got 5 battle maps ready for the included encounters (or just as easily used as standalone maps). Maps like - a shadowy town marketplace; a rundown shack hiding an amateur surgery site; and a homely bakery ran by an adorable Patissier Dragon with an obsession for baked goods!
