Refunding USPS packages (Please read if you live in Australia or NZ)

Unfortunately Australia and NZ seem to have blocked all USPS packages coming in until further notice due to COVID. I've been told by my shipping service that the only way to get things in for an individual seller is to use a private shipping service, of which the cheapest option (UPS) was still about 50$ per package.
Unfortunately, this means that I will have to refund patrons in Australia and NZ who are receiving large physical merchandise as I'd be losing money on each package. I believe that letters are still being delivered so I may be able to continue sending those. If it turns out that letters are being blocked too, I will probably have to refund everyone receiving merch from me in those two countries.
The refund for large packages will cover October and November and will go out at the start of December. If this affects you, please lower your pledge to the small merch tier or lower. Thank you!
