the first time listening in 1988, i thought the song was from India, later found its from africa, very huge hit in europe & asia, hippies love this song, RIP MORYKANTE

I've never of this song before but then again it sounds so much like the Latin vibes that I'm accustomed to hearing (CUBA, PUERTO RICAN, WEST INDIES, SANTO DOMINGO) especially when growing up in NYC. Not surprisingly of course since it all derived from West Africa. So now this has become my theme song to a certain beautiful face. Can you guess to who? YEKE YEKE. 😉
