I’m legit having a hard time processing it: I felt like people were voting him in despite his ugliness. It occurred to me after the election. They’re voting them because of their ugliness. I’ve also watched my own. Call me a piece of shit for years now, and I hate it, Because I work so hard. This helps me find a little peace around the outcome and something to fight for over the next four years.

It's if both Rep and Dem shifted more to the left in the political spectrum as time went on. Just as Tulsi said, today's dem party is unrecognizable and became a party of hate, censorship, and war. And I agree. I voted Trump not bc I'm a fan of his or I'm a Rep (I'm actually independant), but bc in this election and current situations of issues, I think the Rep can actually fix them way better with the stacked squad Trump has. 💪 Trump, Vance, Vivek, Musk, RFK, and freakin' TULSI GABBARD! (She's been growing on me more than the others. I first known her bc of Shoe, thx Shoe!, and following Tulsi from then to now, I think she's a strong yet underrated member of Trump's group. AND she single-handedly OWND Kamala in 2019, which was a warning signal of what Kamala is.)

2024-11-02 02:55:36 +0000 UTCDuring the pandemic, one of the most exasperating things was seeing endless articles wringing hands about how the pandemic was economically effecting women- as men made up about two-thirds of the death toll. The only article I saw addressing the latter essentially took the tack of, "What are men doing *wrong* that they're, y'know, DYING so much?" All it would really take for the left to regain what they've lost is to treat men with the same concern and respect they afford to EVERY other group. If a racial minority's high school graduation and college enrollment rate was dropping... If LGBTQ+ people made up a majority of workplace deaths... If the self-termination rate of one group was several times higher than their peer group... It would be a crisis that needs addressing. The apathy, and in some cases active cheering, of such things in men, reasonably leads many to believe that opposing the normalizing of such prejudice is a matter of survival. And I say this as someone who isn't voting for Trump.
