The first poll to help design a new character in the D&D-inspired fantasy universe is complete!! For the new character's major element, you all voted on HOLY. Verrix will finally get a Holy-aligned ally!!

Now time to choose the second one. Verrix himself is Holy+Lightning, so I'll remove that from the options. Instead, consider the other three choices: Fire, Ice, or Shadow. I've done a little preliminary thinking about those options, and to tease your imaginations, he's a quick sentence about where I see each combination headed... perhaps it will influence your vote...

✨🔥 HOLY + FIRE: Verrix's mentor, a mature, thickly-built man high in the ranks of the cathedral, with a fiery red beard and wielding a superheated weapon.

✨🧊 HOLY + ICE: A fellow knight in the cathedral, a brother-in-arms to Verrix, who originally hailed from the frozen kingdom to the north governed by King Ulrich. Blond, hard-edged, decorated in tattoos, with an icy twinblade.

✨🐱‍👤 HOLY + SHADOW: A very mysterious and colossal figure deep in the cathedral crypts who sits upon a throne. He is the hidden source of power for all the church's worshippers and knights. His face is obscured by shadow, leaving his true identity a closely-guarded secret...
