And our winner by a single vote was Pokemon! Mostly found the Switch 2 presentation pretty disappointing and underwhelming but am pretty happy with how the poll went. This was kind of an attempt to mimic the game's art style, which we've also done to varying extents in a lot of the other Pokemon art we have sitting, so guess look forward to that stuff in the future. Thanks to everyone who voted, we're very pleased with the turnout and how competitive this one was.

And here's the last of the Second Place ties, with Bayonetta managing to come out of nowhere and take a win. Again, not exactly something we do often, so kind of a run surprise to see this one get a win. Good pick but really hope folks enjoy it.

Lara Croft and the Ancient Trap

And here we have another of our second place ties! The initial sketch was only even actually done a couple of weeks ago so yeah, quick turnaround on this one. Seems like people really enjoy when we do Tomb Raider stuff so might be working its way into a more frequent rotation, kind of enjoyed the change-of-pace-but-not-really with how we approached this one.

It's very surprising to us when we put up a poll and wind up with a tie. Moreso when the tie is split four ways! Because yeah, 2nd Place between four possible series, one of which was Mario. Mario is one of the names that's really unsurprising to win but also kinda not something we weren't exactly expecting. It's not something we hit SUPER often (I say when this isn't even the only picture in our backlog with it), but whenever we do it's always a massive hit. Of course Daisy is always adorable...

Heh. Yeah, since tomorrow's a non-standard update day anyway figured there was no harm in going ahead and starting to trickle out our poll winners. Very good turnout and it was very neck and neck throughout most of the voting, could definitely see the enthusiasm and we decided to include the #6 placement in what we're releasing since Ace Attorney finished only one vote behind all of the runners-up. And Mrs. Birch to the rescue! Been entirely too long since we've seen her, kind of just not too many chances to work her into the day-to-day of the folks in the complex I guess. Since it's been awhile, if you don't recall she's the administrator of Daylight Park. Dinah being there was kind of tacked on last minute since thought it'd make for a more fun next page, do rather like how that came out. She's kind of just a fun character to have turn up by surprise like this.

Hey, they announced a new Somnium Files, of course we're posting something for that occasion! We already had this one and a couple of others sitting so felt natural, though originally it had the more generic title of Life Extension Experiment before the new game gave the excuse for a better name for it. Love these games, they're on sale at a heavy discount right now and I'd way recommend giving them a look. You'll definitely be seeing another tie-in for the occasion when the new game comes out.

This one's been sitting for a bit so it was due to get posted and with the trailer for the inevitably-terrible-Lilo-and-Stitch remake dropping it's weirdly topical. There's a Stargirl Waiting in the Ring

Been meaning to do more Skullgirls pictures for awhile now and naturally given her backstory Annie is a great fit for it. Actually got another sitting with her that's kind of a quasi-sequel to this one so guess look forward to that. Funny thing, initially just kind of on autopilot I actually drew her and Beowulf in the same pose and then I had to kind of modify him to fix it.

Hey, just because we dropped five pictures instead of the usual one yesterday doesn't mean we're not doing a surprise tie-in picture for Xenoblade X! And here's our other tie for #1! Been a long time since I've watched Adventure Time and not had too much interest in watching it again but did have fun doing this one, hope everyone enjoys. This whole thing's been kind of a run random experiment, might try it again sometime.

Real Heroes Can Improvise

And one of our two ties for #1 was X-Men! We actually have more than one picture with this series sitting, but this one based on and trying to emulate the style of '97 was what we decided to post this time around, been sitting longer and is kind of a more interesting little experiment.

My Baby Robot Life

And coming in at #3 was this particular picture! Definitely an odd little experiment for us but very happy with how it turned out, really tried to emulate the look of the show. This one very nearly matched the two tied winners so really hoping folks will enjoy.

And here's our other tie for the #4 slot, Dandadan! Very encouraging since it's a series we've both gotten very into and want to do more with, and we do already have at least one commission waiting in the wings so yeah, there'll definitely be more in some capacity. Been a minute since we hit Zelda, hasn't it? One of those properties that's hard to keep away from for long. But yeah, Zelda's found herself cursed with the same Imp form as Midna, both also having to cope with padding. At least Midna seems to be enjoying the company~

Bonus update to tie into the 30th anniversary of Chrono Trigger! Yeah, not a lot of cases provided for tie-ins to Chrono Trigger so makes sense to capitalize on a significant anniversary like this. hopefully they do a port of the Steam version to consoles soon or something, very overdue Might go back and add dialogue to this another time or something. Kind of speaks for itself and we had to scramble even just to get the shading on it, but might be a fun thing to add.

Unique Board Costumes Are Back

We're not really ones for the whole corporate holiday thing, but hey, we happened to have this Mario picture sitting we've been eager to submit so one occasion's as good as any, eh?
