Cooper managed to come on briefly today just as I was slapping dialogue down after spending hours agonizing over it! After managing to get 7 sentences from him, only 2 of which were about this page, I was able to proceed to work! In all seriousness, the process of trying to rethink the dialogue on the previous page and slap together a new chunk of the script was a very painful process. I'll let you in on a little inside baseball or whatever the saying is that I'm too lazy to go up and google it ...

Red text is tentative. What happened was the original dialogue exchange had Angela repeating herself in panels 1 and 4, albeit with somewhat different phrasing. Cooper pointed it out and I've spent a couple hours of reworking the exchange. With Cooper offline I have yet to run it by him to see what he thinks of this direction. One issue is if I go with this, that means the next couple pages will need rewriting, along with looking ahead to later in the chapter to make sure everything plays out ...

A coworker who worked up around the front entrance office at work was diagnosed with Covid 19. Swimsuit Shenanigans
Always make sure to double check to see if the door's lock before getting changed for the pool. This came about as another attempt at using Design Doll to make a pose myself and use it as a drawing reference. I tried to avoid the issues that caused me to fuck up on that Taokaka cosplay drawing. Overall I'm really proud of this one, despite Cooper pointing out the major issue with the face/head. Live and learn, I guess!

Medical news: slept through my doctor calling this evening about the test results. Thankfully he posted it online, which boiled down to "nothing remarkable other than small bilateral hydroceles". Yesterday I went to the gastroenterologist, who made an appointment for me next Tuesday where they'll put me under and shove a camera down my throat and look around my gut to see what's wrong. Once again I don't have too much to say. I said the biggest news yesterday with Cafe's proof arriving. So, uh, here's the opening for Tenchi Universe (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQW5Cotnmyk). Fun Fact: first DVD I ever bought was volume 4 of Tenchi Universe. Toonami would always skip over the last of the alternate reality episodes, and I really wanted to watch it.
